Users retain ownership of all original content they upload, including:

• Stories
• Photos
• Videos
• Audio

2. Platform-Owned Content
BK Digital Artscape owns:
• Platform design and layout
• Logos and branding
• Software and code
• Original platform content

3. License Granted
By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content for platform functionality only.

4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Upload content you don't own or have rights to
• Use platform content without permission
• Infringe on trademarks or copyrights

5. Enforcement
We may remove infringing content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.
