LifeCue Terms of Use

These terms apply specifically to the LifeCue Studio platform.

1. About LifeCue
LifeCue Studio allows users to create, preserve, and share personal stories, memories, and legacy content.

2. User Content
You retain ownership of all stories, memories, photos, videos, and other content you upload to LifeCue.

3. License Grant
By uploading, you grant us a license to:
• Host and store your content
• Display to your selected audience
• Process for platform functionality

4. Privacy Controls
You control who sees your LifeCue content:
• Private (only you)
• Shared (selected people)
• Public (everyone)

5. Sensitive Content
LifeCue may contain sensitive personal memories. You are responsible for:
• Obtaining consent from people featured
• Respecting others' privacy
• Following our Community Guidelines

6. Data Preservation
We take reasonable measures to preserve your content, but recommend keeping personal backups.

7. Account Inheritance
You may designate a legacy contact to manage your LifeCue content.

8. Termination
If you delete your account, your LifeCue content will be removed per our Data Retention Policy.
