Marketplace Seller Agreement

This agreement applies to sellers on the BK Digital Artscape Marketplace.

1. Eligibility
To sell on our Marketplace, you must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with all applicable laws

2. Product Listings
You are responsible for:
• Accurate descriptions
• Fair pricing
• Quality images
• Inventory management

3. Prohibited Items
You may not sell:
• Illegal products
• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen property
• Hazardous materials

4. Transactions
• You set your own prices
• Platform fees may apply
• Payouts per our payment schedule
• You handle applicable taxes

5. Shipping & Fulfillment
For physical products:
• Ship within stated timeframe
• Provide tracking when available
• Handle returns per our Refund Policy

6. Customer Service
You must respond to buyer inquiries promptly and professionally.

7. Account Standing
We may suspend sellers who:
• Receive excessive complaints
• Violate policies
• Engage in fraud
