These terms apply to the BK Digital Artscape Podcast Platform.

1. Podcast Hosting
We provide hosting and distribution for podcast content created by users.

2. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of your podcast content, including:
• Audio recordings
• Episode artwork
• Show descriptions
• Transcripts

3. License Grant
By uploading, you grant us a license to:
• Host and distribute your podcast
• Display on our platform and directories
• Promote your show (with attribution)

4. Content Guidelines
Podcasts must comply with our Community Guidelines. Prohibited content includes:
• Hate speech
• Illegal content
• Copyright infringement
• Misleading information

5. Monetization
If monetization is available:
• You set your pricing
• Revenue split per our terms
• You handle taxes

6. Distribution
We may distribute your podcast to third-party platforms (Apple, Spotify, etc.) unless you opt out.

7. Removal
You may remove your podcast at any time.
