Cancellation Policy

All services and bookings are solely at the client's discretion. (appointment, classes, courses) BK Digital Artscape is a dynamic platform for artists and art enthusiasts, and it is understood that all who seek services or use any of our products agree to all terms and conditions. When using our platform for business conducted by independent artists, customers must be aware of third-party terms before signing up for services. For all large projects conducted through BK Digital Artscape, an administrative and setup fee of \$150.00 is required, paid by the customer in addition to the full artist's fee. If the expectations are not met or the agreed-upon contract is not completed, BK Digital Artscape will issue a full or partial refund based on the agreed terms of the original artist's contract. For all other participants booking services for recreational classes or making individual appointments for single services under \$150.00, no administrative fee is required. Please exercise due diligence to learn more about your booking and the artist you may choose, including their business terms.
