Cancellation Policy
The policy has been adapted for the different services listed on BK Digital Artscape. Pricing for services is at the discretion of the individual artist and may fluctuate based on the complexity, materials, and time required for each project. Here is the revised text: A 3% commission fee is applied to the total cost of the artist's work conducted on-site. The full payment, minus the 3% commission and a $150 administrative fee, will be retained until the work is completed. Upon completion, the artist will receive the remaining amount. **Service Completion:** The timeline for service completion will be agreed upon by the artist and the client prior to the commencement of work. Any delays or changes in the timeline will be communicated promptly. **Cancellation Policy:** In the event of cancellation by the client, any deposits or payments may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on the stage of completion. **Artwork Rights:** Unless otherwise agreed upon, the artist retains all rights to the artwork created. Reproduction or commercial use of the artwork without explicit permission is prohibited.
